fatal error or timeout occurred on WHM

When you login WHM, you can see FATAL ERROR ( a fatal error or timeout occurred while processing this directive ) at the top of WHM with below message

We found the below mentioned error in the cpanel log.

cPanel Fix

The file /var/cpanel/whm/nvdata/root.yaml seems to have been corrupted, and was causing this error. We can move this file to fix it.
